About The Position

Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We have spent over 26 years working alongside families, Early Intervention programs, and school systems across Massachusetts to help young children with ASD reach their fullest potential. Our focus is families, our methods are evidence-based, and our culture is built on growth - yours and the children we serve. Beacon is guided by a commitment to Clinical Excellence, Meaningful Partnership, Professional Growth, and Inclusive Impact. We are a team of clinicians, educators, researchers, and passionate advocates. Whatever your title, whatever your role, we're here to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Three decades of evidence-based practice have shaped who we are - and we've been raising the bar ever since. Immediate opportunities are available in Cape Cod. This is a field-based role serving clients in their homes throughout the commonwealth - your caseload will be built around where you live. Blended positions also available by location for home and center-based services. You’ll play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA treatment to young children with ASD.
