About The Position
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is looking for energetic, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism. We are a mission-driven, clinician-led organization focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes. We offer free advanced training, ongoing support from BCBAs, and the chance to make a meaningful difference.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience working with children (such as daycare, camp counseling, teaching, coaching, etc.) is required.
- Reliable transportation to client homes in the Marion area is a must.
- Must pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required for an interview.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes, actively engaging, playing, and moving with each child to help them achieve their goals.
- Use creative, high-energy methods to teach communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
- Record progress and work closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure each child thrives.
- Build trust with parents through consistent, positive communication and in-home support.
