Nice To Haves

Previous experience in childcare, preschool, camp, nannying, or educational settings.
Coursework or interest in Early Childhood Education.
Experience with STEAM, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Waldorf, or nature-based educational approaches.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Interest in gardening, nature, dance, yoga, or outdoor education.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines.
Support children during learning experiences, transitions, meals, and outdoor play.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Prepare and organize classroom materials and activity spaces.
Encourage positive social interactions and support children's growing independence.
Participate actively in classroom projects, outdoor activities, and team initiatives.
Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
