About The Position

Little People's Landing Learning Centers is seeking a qualified Assistant Center Director for its Early Learning Academies (ELA) community. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young children, providing them with an exceptional early learning experience. This role is for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education, possess energy, compassion, and a drive to succeed. Whether you have prior childcare experience or are new to the industry, we are looking for dedicated individuals to nurture young minds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
• Level 3 certification in CO Shines

Nice To Haves

• Holding a large center director certificate is advantageous.
• Experience in a childcare center administrative role.
• A minimum of 3 years of early childhood education (ECE) teaching experience.
