Our client is a multinational enterprise software company who are scaling their early-career hiring significantly. The current graduate cohort is approximately 250 per year, with a target of reaching 1,000 over the next 12 months. Growth will be incremental, with the immediate pipeline consisting of 82 graduates hiring in July and a further 250 from October through January. As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will join a globally distributed team of four, reporting to the Early Careers Lead. The team sits within our client's wider Talent Acquisition function.
