About The Position

The Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in designing, executing, and enhancing programs that attract, develop, and retain early career talent. This includes managing internship programs, fostering university partnerships, coordinating new graduate hiring, and supporting career development initiatives for entry-level employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and driving College Recruiting partnerships and opportunities within Tech and Business colleges and universities.
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating University Engagement Programs.
  • Experience partnering and presenting strategy to Leadership teams.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday Learning, TalentLMS, SuccessFactors or similar).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and career centers to promote the TP-Link Systems brand and career opportunities.
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events such as career fairs, info sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify entry-level and intern hiring needs.
  • Design and manage the TP-Link Systems internship program, ensuring a structured, high-impact experience.
  • Onboard interns and new grads, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Organize training, mentorship, and networking events for interns and entry-level employees.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with target universities, student organizations, and faculty.
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to early talent audiences.
  • Represent TP-Link Systems at recruiting events, diversity conferences, and university engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create development tracks for early career employees focused on professional skills, technical knowledge, and leadership potential.
  • Track learning outcomes and engagement for continuous program improvement.
  • Support rotational and onboarding programs that integrate new graduates into various teams.
  • Collect feedback from interns, hiring managers, and new grads to assess program effectiveness.
  • Maintain metrics and reporting on program performance, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Recommend improvements based on industry best practices and internal data.
