Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Early Career Recruiter will implement effective Talent Acquisition practices for entry-level recruitment by building and executing innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment plans. You will build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and diversity partnerships, coordinate and participate in virtual and onsite recruitment events, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level positions. Additionally, you will support with planning and execution of the summer internship program, ensure a seamless transition from intern to full-time employee, and collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 4+ years in university or entry-level recruiting, including event and program management
  • Willing to travel up to 30% (mostly Fall); able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and managing high-volume interview processes
  • Proficient with ATS, HR systems, and university job boards, WorkDay experience is highly preferred
  • Experience leading campus events and supporting internship programs with strong attention to detail
  • Able to influence stakeholders and use data to drive decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); strong coordination and scheduling skills
  • Manages recruiting logistics, communications, and shared inboxes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for Business roles and MBA programs, along with both technical and non-technical roles (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Campus Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and attend campus events such as career fairs, info sessions, and interviews.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on hiring strategies, provide updates, and manage escalations.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
  • Partnerships & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and diversity partners to ensure a robust and inclusive talent pipeline.
  • Internship Program: Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including intern conversion and program management.
  • Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve strategies and outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and maintain project plans for recruiting events and programs.
  • Ad Hoc Projects : Support additional recruiting-related initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed to meet evolving business needs.
