About The Position

The Talent Advisor for ProSales Associates at Herc Rentals is dedicated to identifying, attracting, and hiring high-potential candidates specifically for the ProSales Associate role, with the goal of placing them into the Black and Gold Academy. This position requires a strong background in recruiting and/or sales and involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from position approval through successful onboarding into the Academy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent management, with a focus on early career or sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with educational institutions and military organizations.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and tools, such as SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and continuously improve the process.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advisor to line management on recruitment strategies and best practices tailored to sourcing and hiring ProSales Associates for the Black and Gold Academy. Provide consultation and education to ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates for the ProSales Associate position. Leverage internal talent pools, external networks, and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline for the Academy.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges, technical schools, and military bases that align with the talent profile for ProSales Associates. Identify, coordinate, and attend recruiting events focused on generating interest in the Black and Gold Academy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for ProSales Associates, ensuring full compliance with all government regulations and company policies related to employment.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for ProSales Associate talent in your region. Collaborate with District Managers and Human Resource Directors to identify high-potential candidates and maintain a strong pipeline for the Black and Gold Academy.
  • Design, implement, and execute innovative recruiting strategies and events specifically for the Black and Gold Academy. Manage the calendar of events and actively participate in campus and community activities to promote the program and attract top talent.
