Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to analyze information, think critically, and solve problems
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing projects and operational activities within the assigned team
  • Conduct research, gather information, and assist with data analysis as required
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support business needs
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items when appropriate
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on various initiatives and assignments
  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
