Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Or a related engineering discipline
  • Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with CAD, testing, manufacturing, data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement tools

Responsibilities

  • Support engineering projects from concept through implementation
  • Analyze technical data and develop solutions to engineering challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management
  • Participate in product design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to new product development and manufacturing optimization efforts
  • Present recommendations and project results to engineering leaders and stakeholders
