About The Position

The Manufacturing Management Development Program offers recent graduates with early-career professionals an immersive 6-month hands-on experience, followed by 3 months of on-the-job application, designed to build future leaders across manufacturing operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or applicable major supporting food manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Ability to quickly develop new skills, learn new tools, and integrate new techniques.
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate about making an impact while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams for overall company objectives.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and managing various work assignments.
  • Highly motivated with strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative on your own.
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • 0-5% travel required.
  • Ability to relocate upon the completion of the program to one of our Manufacturing Plants.

Responsibilities

  • Gain practical experience in manufacturing operations, quality, safety, production planning, and logistics through real-world assignments and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and GMP standards.
  • Support execution of Manufacturing goals and process improvement projects.
  • Communicate goals, updates, and metrics to the team regularly.
  • Train and mentor associates to achieve peak performance.
  • Ensure shift handoff and reporting process are complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with scheduling, warehouse, and support teams for seamless operations.
