About The Position

This is a Summer Internship Program for Real Estate (Equity & Credit) at Invesco. The 9-week program starts in June 2027 and offers driven students hands-on experience in the investment industry, one-on-one mentorship, and networking opportunities. Interns will work with talented teams to learn about the business and may be eligible for a full-time offer after graduation. Candidates will be considered for placement on either the Credit or Equity team, with potential for collaboration between both. The Credit business provides financing solutions for commercial real estate, focusing on income generation through underwriting and risk management. The Equity business invests directly in commercial real estate properties, seeking to create value through active management and strategic investment. Interns will gain exposure to all business lines and asset classes, receive training, develop professional skills, and participate in internal and external client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence. They will also assist with financial modeling, prepare written analysis, and complete case studies, culminating in an end-of-summer capstone project.
