About The Position

Invesco is hiring an Early Career Intern for its Marketing Email Team as part of a 9-week Summer Internship Program beginning in June 2027. The intern will gain hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign processes, data analysis, and marketing operations while working alongside teams at a global investment firm. The program includes mentorship, orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time offer to join Invesco’s Early Career Program after graduation.

The role supports the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced email marketing team, including campaign execution, reporting, project coordination, and team priorities. The intern will collaborate across DCAT, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and other groups. The position is based in Invesco’s Atlanta office, and the current workplace policy requires employees to spend at least four full days each week in an Invesco office. Relocation and housing are not included.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating in spring or summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong interest in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing technology.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and presentation development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work in Invesco’s Atlanta office.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; the program does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship or support for other immigration sponsorship or benefits, including OPT or CPT.

Nice To Haves

• All majors are welcome, with emphasis on Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support email marketing team operations, including campaign execution, reporting, project coordination, and team priorities.
• Assist with email testing, quality assurance reviews, campaign samples, and other activities that support successful deployments.
• Help prepare, organize, and analyze campaign performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support project management by maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and documenting key actions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across DCAT, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and other teams on initiatives and special projects.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to assigned projects, and present findings or recommendations as appropriate.
