About The Position

Invesco is seeking driven students for its 9-week Summer Internship Program in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This program offers the opportunity to work alongside talented teams, learn about the business, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape the FP&A strategy. Interns will analyze data, research competitors, and create presentations to deliver insights that influence strategic decisions and enhance competitive positioning. Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time offer to join Invesco's Early Career Program after graduation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating by summer of 2028
  • All majors welcome with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering or Mathematics
  • A demonstrated interest in finance, financial planning, or analytics
  • Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT)
  • Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended

Responsibilities

  • Prepare competitor summaries, including creating one-page PowerPoint presentations following competitors’ quarterly earnings releases, summarizing competitors’ earnings calls, and outlining strategies of Invesco’s direct competitors.
  • Assist with financial reviews and analytics by providing daily, weekly, and monthly analytics on Invesco’s business (Net Sales, AUM, Product Performance), producing index provider analytics on asset levels, revenues, and expenses, and generating weekly and monthly market trend analyses.
  • Support ad hoc projects such as reconciling invoices, researching fee cuts across the industry and assessing their impact on AUM, and partnering with departments to deliver insights on ETFs, Indexed Strategies, and SMAs.
