About The Position
TELUS Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional for a part-time, onsite contract position providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to the workforce in the local community. The ideal candidate will deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy and assessments, helping employees navigate personal and professional challenges through brief interventions and skill-building approaches. Must have experience in workplace wellness, and the ability to provide focused, results-oriented counseling within an EAP framework.
Requirements
- Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional (LP, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC)
- Minimum of 3 of post-graduate clinical experience
- Employee Assistance Program and/or Short-term solution focused counseling experience required
- Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision
- Must have Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate

- Experience working with corporate clients and/or in corporate setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site short term solution focused counseling to our client's employees in Chicago.
- Provide on-site short-term solution focused counseling to promote well-being in the workplace
- Manage a varied caseload, adapted to different types of clients and consultation reasons
