The Technical Support Representative will provide help and technical assistance to the internal/external customers. You will utilize your MS Azure hosting and MS SQL skills and work with other technologies like Oracle databases, Elasticsearch, web servers, mobile devices, printers, tablets, and Crystal Reports. The position will include setting up new systems and upgrades for hosted and on-premises customers.
