About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Representative to provide advanced technical support while serving as a trusted partner to key customers and an advocate for both clients and the support team. In this role, you will handle complex technical issues, mentor team members, strengthen internal knowledge sharing, and help elevate support quality and consistency across the organization. At AssetWorks, the EAM Support team is redefining support with our intelligent swarming approach, where we operate without a traditional tier structure. Our team works together, pooling our knowledge and skills to solve customer support issues. It is a collaborative and dynamic way of working, where everyone has a chance to learn and grow. The Technical Support Representative will provide help and technical assistance to the internal/external customers. You will utilize your MS Azure hosting and MS SQL skills and work with other technologies like Oracle databases, Elasticsearch, web servers, mobile devices, printers, tablets, and Crystal Reports. The position will include setting up new systems and upgrades for hosted and on-premises customers.
