About The Position

This role is based in our Boston Office. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Informa TechTarget, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Based in Boston with a hybrid working arrangement, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex, dynamic calendars to optimize the CEO’s time, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials, such as agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation. You will also support the preparation and coordination of board-related items, ensuring that reports are compiled accurately, deadlines are met, and governance requirements are met. Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and discretion, handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity. Additionally, you will assist with special projects and initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s office. This role requires a resourceful and independent individual who thrives on challenges, works well under pressure, and is comfortable navigating change. Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders within a large, dynamic organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and professional interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, with experience using virtual meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to assist in gathering data and creating basic presentation materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to keep information structured and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Note-taking skills, ensuring clear and concise documentation during meetings.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality, with a "people-oriented" approach to liaise effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project tracking tools, such as Wrike, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
