About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, public administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience coordinating programs, grant-funded projects, or workforce/training operations.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills with keen attention to compliance detail.
  • Proficiency with standard office and data-entry tools; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain federal compliance standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200, SBA award terms).
  • Experience supporting workforce development, small business, or economic development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Admin Prep Academy module schedule and faculty assignments across the rolling monthly calendar in partnership with the Program Manager.
  • Oversee participant support services, including ESL/LEP wrap-around services (via WorkReadyU) and required accommodations.
  • Maintain eligibility documentation and compliance files for each E2G-eligible firm (self-certifications, HUBZone map checks, Dynamic Small Business Search records, and related documentation).
  • Support participant data collection, six- and twelve-month follow-ups, and data quality monitoring in coordination with the Work-Based Learning Coordinator.
  • Serve as the Program Manager’s designee to ensure continuity of operations during absences and at outreach/intake events.
  • Assist with quarterly performance reporting, partner coordination, and recordkeeping consistent with 2 CFR Part 200.
  • Participate in program and college events, meetings, professional development, and committee service as needed.
