Ensures E-Tools are operational, software is current, and all records and reports are accurate and on time. This involves implementing computer applications and solutions; upgrading or enhancing existing programs. Handles moderately complex issues and problems. E‑Tools Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s electronic tools, systems, and platforms that enable daily operations, communication, and productivity. This role blends administrative support with technical oversight, ensuring that tools are secure, efficient, and accessible to users.
