About The Position
Veo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and improving the efficiency of fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout their shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology.
- Ability to lift and move scooters weighing up to 60 lbs without assistance.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of local streets and geography.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Drive a company-provided van during your shift.
- Locate scooters and perform battery swaps.
- Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
- Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
- Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters.
- Maintain accurate task completion through the Veo app.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
