About The Position

At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings around the world providing end-to-end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management. We are seeking a highly motivated Co‑op to join the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) Intelligence, Analytics, and Digital (IAD) team. This role is ideal for a person who is passionate about data storytelling, analytics, and executive communication, and who wants hands‑on experience supporting data‑driven decision making within a global enterprise. You will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business questions, synthesize findings, and deliver executive‑ready presentations, visualizations, and narratives tailored to stakeholder audiences. This experience will provide exposure to enterprise data structures, analytics workflows, data quality and governance concepts, and digital solutions, while strengthening your ability to communicate insights with clarity, structure, and impact.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data & Analytics, Communications, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • English Language Fluency.
  • Hands‑on experience with data analytics, data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate trends, patterns, and outcomes.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with attention to structure, clarity, and audience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Analytical, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience creating presentations or reports (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
  • Experience supporting stakeholder meetings, workshops, or project updates.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data and analyses into clear, compelling stories tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Develop executive ready presentations that synthesize insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to understand business questions and communicate findings effectively.
  • Create data visualizations and narratives that drive understanding and decision making.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and structure.
  • Present insights confidently to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine messaging.
  • Prepare project updates, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, stakeholder workshops, and Credo activities.
  • Support ad‑hoc data analysis, reporting, and governance requests as needed.
