About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced E-Discovery Specialist to join its E-Discovery team in Philadelphia. This position supports the complete electronic discovery lifecycle and works closely with attorneys, paralegals, litigation support, IT, and outside vendors. The Specialist will manage litigation databases, process and load electronic data, develop and execute searches, perform quality control, coordinate productions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on support through discovery, trial, and arbitration.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of legal E-Discovery or Litigation Support experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong understanding of EDRM and E-Discovery best practices.
  • Experience processing, loading, auditing, migrating, and producing litigation data.
  • Experience supporting electronic discovery from collection through review and production.
  • Experience with trial/arbitration presentation tools such as TrialDirector, Sanction, or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Excellent project management, organization, troubleshooting, and quality-control skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with limited supervision.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage E-Discovery projects throughout the litigation lifecycle.
  • Process, audit, load, export, and perform QC on electronic discovery data.
  • Create and execute efficient searches within E-Discovery platforms.
  • Manage litigation databases, including design, creation, maintenance, and migrations.
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with collections, document review, discovery, and productions.
  • Coordinate data acquisition and delivery with outside E-Discovery vendors.
  • Verify data integrity and correct vendor or processing errors.
  • Track project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, documentation, and data inventories.
  • Convert and reformat electronic data and create database forms and reports.
  • Troubleshoot litigation-support technology and recommend technical solutions.
  • Support trial and arbitration preparation, including electronic evidence and presentation technology.
  • Provide training and technical support for litigation-support applications.
  • Help develop best practices and documentation for efficient litigation management.
