About The Position

This position is for an E-Commerce Web Call Counselor at U-Haul. The role involves placing and fielding calls with dealers, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and place orders. The Web Call Counselor will work as part of a team to support a wide variety of customers and colleagues. This role is fully on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, and operates Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with a wide variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Work well in groups and individually
• Must be able to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Field incoming sales and service calls regarding eCommerce orders for boxes, moving supplies, and hitches – this includes phone, email, and live chat communications.
• Assist customers and U-Haul dealers with placing retail orders as well as any issues/questions/concerns they may have regarding existing orders.
• Communicate with our fulfillment warehouses and vendors to ensure order accuracy and to resolve any order discrepancies.
• Provide customer service to U-Haul dealers and retail customers alike.
• Assist Web Sales Program Manager regarding web orders and products.
