Requirements

Knowledge of items that are in stock and to be shipped.
Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match to visible items and other data.
Ability to perform computer lookup/inquiries to determine product location and/or description.
Knowledge and practice of safe lifting techniques.
Attention to detail, good decision-making skills.
Positive attitude, team focus – successful working both independently and cooperatively with others.
Ability and willingness to work with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
Comfortable working with pet food products.
Able to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

Accurately fulfills customer orders by selecting, moving, and loading products both manually and using material handling equipment.
Supports warehouse operations including picking, receiving, replenishment, put-away, and order loading to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Uses assigned tools and equipment safely and as instructed.
Ensures pallets are properly stacked, secured, and meet company standards.
Verifies tote IDs and stages orders correctly for transport.
Maintains clean aisles and follows “clean as you go” practices.
Meets or exceeds accuracy and productivity goals as directed.
Promotes a safe work environment and reports any issues promptly.
Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
Downloads, prints, invoices, and manages daily orders in warehouse systems.
Maintains scanner/equipment logs and manages system reboots.
