About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to lead the daily operations and long-term strategy of our company’s e-commerce website. In this role, you will support both internal and external customers, improve user experience, and drive digital growth by implementing features and functions that establish Standard Supply as a leader in online buying within the HVAC industry.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven record of driving revenue growth
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and basic website optimization practices
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword selection and analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Support the E Commerce Manager in executing strategies to increase website usage and achieve company growth goals
Oversee maintenance of the website, ensuring optimal performance, a user-friendly interface, and accurate product listings
Create and maintain engaging product content, including descriptions, images, and videos, to attract and retain customers
Handle daily online store operations such as order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving support requests
Coordinate with sales, marketing, IT, and branch operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
Stay current with e-commerce tools and technologies to identify opportunities for functionality enhancements and improved user experience
Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures to improve functionality and efficiency across all e‑commerce touchpoints
