We achieve this through workforce creation, vocational training, and environmental stewardship. With 18 retail stores, an online store, an extensive reuse/recycling operation, and our Contract Services division, we help individuals overcome barriers to employment, build sustainable lives and communities. The Product Sourcing & E-Commerce Specialist is primarily responsible for traveling to retail stores, donation centers, and warehouses to train, support, and develop staff in e-commerce operations and product selection. While on-site, the specialist partners closely with store and production teams to identify high-value and marketable items, ensuring a consistent pipeline of merchandise for online sale. The role applies informed judgment using Send to E-Commerce guidelines to guide teams in recognizing trending, specialty, and high-performing categories, including vintage, designer, and collectible items. In addition, the specialist reinforces quality control standards by ensuring items are accurately evaluated in alignment with Retail and E-Commerce strategies. Through ongoing coaching and cross-functional collaboration, this position drives consistency, operational efficiency, and growth in online sales performance while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards.
