About The Position

This role is responsible for various aspects of e-commerce operations, including product listing management, order processing, inventory control, customer support, and operational process improvement. The specialist will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce activities.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
At least 4-5 years of relevant CS/e-commerce experience preferred
Experience with CRM software preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Assist in data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
Monitor order status and resolve issues related to shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Update inventory records and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed.
Identify and report discrepancies in inventory counts and work with the team to resolve them.
Support promotional activities and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Business Success team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of e-commerce operations.
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
