We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Ecommerce Specialist to support the growth and day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of ecommerce operations, content, data, and execution. You’ll be responsible for keeping our marketplace presence accurate and up to date, supporting product launches, coordinating inventory and fulfillment, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer and business experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, digital merchandising, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong proficiency with Excel and comfort working with SKU-level data and ecommerce reporting.
Highly organized with a strong eye for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to investigate issues and drive them through to resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Understanding of ecommerce KPIs, inventory management, fulfillment, marketplace fees, pricing, and basic profitability.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or ERP/inventory systems is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who can balance strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset—someone who can create compelling, search-optimized product content while also using data to identify opportunities and improve ecommerce performance.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces.
Set up and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate content, imagery, pricing, variations, inventory, and product information.
Manage marketplace product launches from setup through launch, including product copywriting, keyword research, SEO optimization, listing creation, and pre- and post-launch QA.
Conduct keyword research and develop compelling, search-optimized product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and other marketplace content to improve discoverability and conversion.
Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment planning, and coordinate FBA, FBT, and other marketplace fulfillment requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve listings, pricing, bundles, promotions, and overall marketplace performance.
Track sales, inventory, profitability, and other key ecommerce metrics; provide regular reporting and insights to support decisionmaking.
Identify and resolve marketplace issues related to listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
Partner with Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to execute ecommerce initiatives effectively.
Identify operational inefficiencies and help develop processes and systems that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
