About The Position

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and maintenance of the Amazon business for Bugaboo Group across Amazon US and Amazon Canada. This role focuses exclusively on driving best-in-class digital shelf execution, optimizing product content, supporting promotional activities, and improving the customer shopping experience to maximize sales, conversion, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Senior E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Specialist will identify and execute opportunities to improve product discoverability, content quality, operational excellence, and business performance across the Amazon marketplace. Success in this role is measured by improvements in sales, conversion, traffic, digital shelf health, content quality, and operational efficiency. You are part of the Digital HQ team and report to the Senior E-Commerce Manager for North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization, digital merchandising, and marketplace best practices.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) with a proven ability to optimize campaign performance and advertising spend.
  • Experience using Amazon Analytics tools (Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Retail Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Experience with premium consumer goods, juvenile products, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amazon Advertising Console is preferred as well as familiarity with Amazon DSP and retail media.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Amazon product listings are accurate, complete, and up to date, including: product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, A+ content, images and videos, pricing, promotions, and variations.
  • Maintain digital shelf excellence by ensuring consistent branding and compliance with Amazon best practices.
  • Monitor listing health and proactively resolve catalog issues, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and content errors.
  • Coordinate new product launches, assortment updates, and end-of-life product transitions.
  • Support inventory availability by partnering with internal teams to identify and resolve listing or replenishment issues.
  • Continuously optimize product detail pages to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Global Digital and Brand teams to implement enhanced content, imagery, and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and Q&A, identifying opportunities to improve customer sentiment and product performance.
  • Support SEO optimization within Amazon by improving keywords, product metadata, and discoverability.
  • Execute promotional activities including: coupons, deals, Prime Day support, seasonal campaigns, and brand store updates.
  • Assist with merchandising strategies that improve product visibility and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support the execution of Amazon advertising initiatives in partnership with internal or external media teams.
  • Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), including campaign creation, budget management, keyword optimization, bid adjustments, and ongoing performance optimization to maximize ROAS and sales growth.
  • Track and analyze Amazon business KPIs including: sales, traffic, conversion rate, buy box performance, sessions, average order value (AOV), return rates, and ROAS (where applicable).
  • Prepare recurring business performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support business reviews with data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Global Digital teams to ensure successful execution of Amazon initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and Amazon support teams as needed.
  • Stay current on Amazon platform updates, new tools, and marketplace best practices, proactively recommending improvements.
