About The Position

The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. The E-Commerce Shopper is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, selecting and bagging customers orders, while providing attentive and friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
• Possess basic computer skills
• Possess strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding cashier operations, safety, and sanitation
• Select customer orders efficiently and accurately and bagging customer orders
• Provide courteous customer service; using please and thank you, smiling, maintain eye contact with customers, and direct them to appropriate manager if necessary
• Stock supplies in immediate area, as well as return shop backs, retrieve carts, and perform miscellaneous cleaning, facing, and straighten various shelf sections
• Responsible for assembling customer’s online orders
• Ability to navigate through the store and accurately identify products for customer orders
