About The Position

Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Quality Specialist for their Goodwill2Go location in Newark, Ohio. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and suitability of merchandise for online sale, contributing to customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Requirements

Frequently standing and walking for extended periods.
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Employers conduct pre-employment drug screens which include THC and background check.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of digital photography & editing programs a plus
Packing & shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Sort incoming merchandise to determine suitability for online sale.
Inspect merchandise for quality, condition, authenticity, completeness, and functionality.
Test and verify that electronics have necessary accessories.
Identify shipping method and prepare and maintain pre-shipment areas.
Research unfamiliar products to ensure accurate identification and categorization.
Determine the appropriate online listing category.
Remove damaged, counterfeit, incomplete, or unsuitable merchandise from the online sales process.
Maintain consistent quality standards to reduce customer returns and improve customer satisfaction.
Control inventory.
Confirm that merchandise matches the customer order before shipment.
Help maintain shipping supplies and keep the shipping area clean and organized.
