About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing marketplace business. The primary focus of this role is making sure our products are listed on the appropriate marketplaces, set up correctly, live as intended, and free of unresolved catalog or marketplace issues. You will work across platforms including Walmart, Target+, eBay, Kohl's, Macy's, Best Buy, BBB/Overstock, SHEIN, TEMU, TikTok Shop, and others. Daily tools include Sellercloud, Salsify, marketplace portals, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, product data/catalog management, or a related role preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new platforms quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of an issue until it is actually resolved.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Sellercloud, Salsify, Mirakl, or similar OMS, PIM, or marketplace systems is a plus.
Experience working directly in major marketplace portals is a plus.
Comfort using AI tools to support (not rely on) research, analysis, troubleshooting, and day-to-day productivity.

Responsibilities

Ensure products are listed on the appropriate marketplaces and are live, accurate, and set up correctly.
Regularly audit marketplace catalogs for missing or unpublished items, duplicate listings, incorrect setup, feed failures, and other issues.
Verify that pricing, inventory, images, variations, product data, and required marketplace attributes are publishing correctly.
Support marketplace templates, bulk uploads, feeds, item setup, and ongoing catalog maintenance.
Work in marketplace portals and support the Marketplace Manager with daily operational needs.
Take ownership of marketplace issues from identification through resolution, coordinating with internal teams or marketplace support when needed.
Resolve listing errors, suppressions, compliance flags, account health issues, and other marketplace-specific problems.
Support promotions, inventory and pricing updates, and other day-to-day marketplace tasks.
Track new products from setup through live status across the appropriate marketplaces.
Confirm required product data, content, assets, pricing, and setup are complete before launch.
Identify blockers, assign or escalate next steps, follow up with the appropriate teams, and confirm issues are fully resolved.
Pull and organize sales, inventory, catalog, and marketplace performance reports.
Maintain tracking for live, unpublished, suppressed, errored, or incomplete items and help drive cleanup.
Identify marketplace issues or opportunities affecting product availability, visibility, or sales and recommend or escalate next steps.
Work closely with marketplace, PIM, creative, copy, operations, customer service, logistics, and purchasing teams.
Coordinate missing information, data, or assets needed to get products live correctly and keep them accurate.
Communicate issues, ownership, status, and next steps clearly and promptly.
