Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience and a strong record of driving growth in the e-Commerce/ Digital Commerce Channel.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in managing Amazon and Chewy marketing campaigns, including an understanding of their platform algorithms, advertising tools, and best practices.
Experience with retail media players including understanding fundamental tenets of costs (CPMs), targeting, measurement, and optimization.
Understand core digital and e-commerce business metrics and how to optimize against them.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work in a complex environment, prioritize work and keep projects on track and on budget.
Possesses a growth mindset to continuously challenge the organization in ways that build a culture of continuous learning.
Must be proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Own retail media performance and optimization, providing media strategy support, comprehensive campaign planning, and ongoing media optimization.
Develop and execute audience targeting strategies and manage keyword bidding to maximize campaign reach and conversion.
Develop and implement full-funnel shopper marketing strategies for Amazon and Chewy that align with regional e-commerce sales goals, including agency briefing, planning, creative development, and continuous optimization.
Build an action plan to optimize performance across retailers’ pages and Brand Stores, including image and video content, searchable content, & ratings and reviews, leveraging tools such as Salsify, Vendor Central, NielsenIQ, Power BI as needed.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize spend, increase ROI, and grow sales and share. Regularly report on sales trends, opportunities, and campaign outcomes to the Ecommerce Director.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive plans that address consumer needs and enhance the shopping experience. Provide creative recommendations and promotional media support. Collaborate with Amazon and Chewy Account Directors to align on key opportunities.
Analyze customer behavior and competitive activity leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions and improve the shopper journey.
Participate in Account Strategy and Customer Relationships. Support Annual Business Planning, Internal Leadership initiatives, and Executive presentations. Provide actionable insights and solutions that support growth objectives for the customer, company, and category. Lean into storytelling and presentations to leadership and customers concerning our eComm Marketing efforts.
Handle overall Budget Management. Manage and allocate the budget for e-commerce campaigns and ensure that resources are optimized to drive sales and engagement within budget.
Drive a Test & Learn Roadmap. Contribute to the Global Digital Marketing learning agenda: identify best practices, contribute to the global test and learn plan, and drive capability building within North America.
Own management of Retail Media Agency, establishing performance expectations and working through the commercial team to drive efficient and timely contract negotiations. Leverage and provide feedback on Global agencies and tools.
