About The Position

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager (Consumer Beauty) to join our eCommerce & TikTok Shop team. This role will work in partnership with Consumer Beauty (“CB”) brands (See our brands here: https://www.coty.com/our-brands/consumer-brands) across US and Global teams to have a truly best in class eCommerce site experience and TikTok Shop execution for all Coty CB products, across all of Coty’s top US retail partners. Reporting into the Senior Director of eCommerce & TikTok Shop, this role is responsible for ensuring Coty CB brands lead the market in eCommerce site execution, conversion, and that our brands excel on TikTok Shop. This will be done by managing the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of all eCommerce product touchpoints. A balance of strong organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills are needed for the candidate in this position to succeed. Requirements

  • Knowledge in eCommerce user experience; understanding of site navigation and merchandising
  • Ability to use left and right sides of the brain, balancing creative inputs and exploration with structured process and measurement
  • Beauty Lover, with strong desire to work in Makeup, Nail Color & Treatment, and Fragrance
  • Self-starter mentality, with ability to create and take ownership of projects, tracking oneself against scorecards and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Very strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Successful at collaborating and x-functional relationship building
  • Ability to build repeatable processes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5+ years-experience in beauty
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) copywriting knowledge
  • Understanding of P&L planning, forecasting, and sales reporting
  • Vendor Management, with experience managing contracts and negotiating terms

Responsibilities

  • New Product launches, in collaboration with brand, media, and sales teams; execute best-in-class eCommerce launches preparing the requires materials from assets, copy, and Ratings & Reviews.
  • Briefing of eCommerce content and copy needs to Brand partners, ensuring alignment with retailer requirements and expectations
  • TikTok Shop operations including communication of unit forecasts, partnership with supply chain teams, and project planning for relevant activations
  • Project Management for on-time and in-full delivery of Brand content and copy toolkits; Detailed tracking of delivery and resolution-planning when delivery expectations are not met
  • Audit, manage and optimize all content-related consumer experiences on US retailer digital product pages. This includes: assets, videos, enhanced content, copy, user-generated content and ratings & reviews.
  • Analysis and presentation to leadership of content performance, conversion, engagement, consumer sentiment, AB tests, and competitor benchmarking in the beauty industry
  • Identify and monitor the latest trends in eCommerce content. Desire to always push the boundaries for Coty CB Brands in leading best-in-class retailer site experiences
  • Assist with ongoing vendor management related to: ratings & reviews seeding, content creation/syndication, copy optimization and digital shelf analytics.
