About The Position
Responsible for photographing and listing items online, within our E-Commerce platforms. Associate must also store and maintain inventory system for E-Commerce items.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No previous experience required.
- The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
- The associate in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Knowledge of online programs such as Google, EBay, and Amazon.com, required.
- Strong creative writing ability, required.
- Knowledge of digital camera use, and ability to take acceptable digital photos for online listings, required.
Nice To Haves
- E-commerce research and listing experience, or equivalent knowledge from personal on-line sales experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of Goodwill’s product sales lines (i.e.- music, jewelry, art, electronics, cameras, etc.), preferred.
- Experience with Excel and online research, strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meets or exceeds daily listing requirements.
- Lists all items accurately with no typos or spelling errors.
- Identifies rare, collectible and/or unique items which will generate online sales.
- Achieves an average selling percentage of 80%.
- Responds to customer service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains clean, organized work and storage areas.
