About The Position

The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium is seeking a part-time E-commerce/Inventory Supervisor for its Merchandise department. This role is responsible for overseeing and executing accurate, weekly online store order fulfillment. The supervisor will also assist with inventory maintenance for both online and retail store locations, ensuring online inventory levels are adequate and accurate. The ideal candidate will foster a positive environment while supporting the Merchandise Crew team and guests.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by the fleet insurance carrier.
• Retail experience required
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to learn and execute a concept, multi-task and delegate.
• Must have the physical ability to lift 35 pounds, work on your feet, and be able to walk the Zoo grounds for several hours at a time.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday-Sunday, including holidays.
• Proficient in basic math skills.
• The Toledo Zoo is a drug-free workplace, including marijuana.

Nice To Haves

• E-commerce/Online order fulfillment, inventory control, and/or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Counterpoint Register System experience is a plus!
