About The Position

The E-commerce Fulfillment Assistant is a full-time, temporary, non-exempt position. This on-site role is anticipated to be 40 hours per week, Mondays through Fridays. The target pay range for this role is from $22 - $27 per hour.

Requirements

• General computer literacy, including G Suite
• Able to stand for multiple hours a day
• Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Shopify, ShipStation, Faire, and Airtable is a plus but not required
• Interest in food systems and organic agriculture helpful, but not required
• Skilled verbal and written communicator
• Proactive and can work independently
• Able to follow directions and standard operating procedures
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
• Able to set an efficient and accurate pace of work

Responsibilities

• Daily order fulfillment under the direction of the Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager, including packing and checking orders, and coordinating daily shipments through multiple e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate seed packing and restocking
• Assist with regular seed and packaging inventory reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Other warehouse tasks as needed or assigned
• Assist with order updates via email in the event that the Customer Support Associate is unavailable
