About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Packer in Arlington, TX. This position offers weekly pay of $15.50 per hour, direct deposit and debit card payment options, and benefits including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders, inspecting products, and using warehouse technology to track inventory. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with weekends off.

Requirements

Warehouse Packer experience preferred
Able to pass a background check
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to work in the US
Ability to read and follow work orders, labels, and written instructions.
Basic math and counting skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse technology after training.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Read work orders, pick tickets, labels, or shipping instructions to select the correct items.
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing.
Package products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Label, scan, and stage completed orders for shipment.
Use RF scanners, tablets, or warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
Count, sort, and verify products against order requirements.
