About The Position

TECKpert seeks to hire a Trimble Unit Construct (e-Builder) Implementor/Administrator to support our client, a county government in Miami, FL. The e-Builder Administrator will serve as the key contact for managing system-level settings and supporting both internal and external users of the PMIS platform. The role is responsible for the full lifecycle management, customization, and support of business processes within e-Builder, partnering with program stakeholders to standardize and optimize workflows for the organization, its clients, and project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Work experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using e-Builder or comparable capital, construction, or project management software.
  • Hands-on experience administering a Project Management Information System (PMIS), including user provisioning, account configuration, and project setup.
  • Experience building and maintaining e-Builder templates such as forms, budgets, schedules, and mail merges.
  • Experience in IT business process analysis, quality management system development, or project controls.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the construction industry, including methodology, terminology, workflow and paper flow of design and construction activities, and contract documents and specifications.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, develop and revise procedures, meet deadlines, and operate in an environment of heavy pressure and changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to compose correspondence and reports for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourceful and self-directing, with the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

  • Prior experience supporting capital improvement programs, public sector engagements, or construction owner-side organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee e-Builder system-specific duties such as project setup, user provisioning, and ongoing account management.
  • Implement account configuration changes as authorized by the program.
  • Maintain templates including forms, budgets, schedules, and mail merges.
  • Onboard and train new users; provide continuous training for all e-Builder users.
  • Control subscriptions to reports and folders to align with program access policies.
  • Provide continuous administrative support and troubleshoot e-Builder issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with process owners to confirm that authorized or revised business processes and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and refine e-Builder reporting to fulfill project and program requirements.
  • Participate in determining and implementing enhancements to forms, reports, workflows, and e-Builder settings.
  • Manage users, rights, and general configurations to support document control.
  • Support the creation of training materials for project staff.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and carry out other tasks as designated.
