About The Position

We're looking for an E-Billing Manager to co-lead and co-manage our firm's e-billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The position offers a competitive salary between $115,000 and $127,500, based on experience. Morrison Mahoney LLP is recognized as one of the premier litigation law firms in the Northeast. Requirements

Proficiency with Elite 3e billing software.
Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance requirements.
Leadership experience, including managing, motivating, and guiding a team.
Exceptional communication skills.
Analytical and organizational abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of billing experience, preferably within a law firm environment.

Responsibilities

Reviewing e-bill submissions and ensuring alignment with client-specific billing guidelines.
Co-leading a dedicated team of client billing specialists.
Providing guidance on resolving discrepancies.
Overseeing the timely generation and distribution of invoices.
Collaborating with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to address billing issues.
Diving into financial reports, tracking revenue trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction with the billing process.
Keeping the team motivated and focused on meeting goals while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
