AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) partners with independent professionals across Texas to deliver high-quality dyslexia services in public school settings. Our organization has been recognized with distinctions including Best Place to Work, Top Workplaces, Best Workplaces in Texas, and certification as a Great Place to Work — reflecting the collaborative, professional environment we extend to our contract clinicians and interventionists. As an independent contractor providing dyslexia intervention services, you will deliver intervention services, plan and provide dyslexia intervention services, ensuring alignment with each student's IEP. You will also participate in assessments to contribute to evaluations to assess students with dyslexia and support eligibility determinations for services. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance literacy skills in students and share expertise by providing insight and training to school personnel to support identification and understanding of dyslexia. Services are delivered using research-based instruction consistent with the Texas Dyslexia Handbook and applicable district dyslexia policies and procedures, typically in a small-group format.
