About The Position
Dynatrace SRE Contract Duration: 6+ month with potential to Convert or Extend. This role requires supporting and troubleshooting, planning and executing observability builds (dashboards, alerts) for application teams. SRE principles require measurable SLOs, understanding of monitoring systems, system architecture, and the ability to tune for scale. SREs are regularly on call and need sharp, analytical troubleshooting skills. They should be inquisitive, possess good relationship skills due to shared ownership with developers, and demonstrate resilience and flexibility to balance product development enablement with customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience on #1 & #2 technologies in attached position requirement doc
- Hands-on experience in observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, Log Analytics, Log Insight
- Understanding of monitoring systems
- Understanding of system architecture and ability to tune it to scale
- Sharp troubleshooting skills
- Inquisitive and analytical approach to solving problems
- Good relationship skills
- Resilience and flexibility
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Support and Troubleshooting
