This role involves implementing and configuring Dynatrace across various environments, enabling monitoring use-cases, and supporting integrations and automation. Requirements

  • Strong communication and executive level presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience with Dynatrace implementations.
  • Strong Applications and Infrastructure system design patterns and solutions knowledge in both traditional and cloud environments.
  • Dynatrace Associate, Implementation or Administration professional certification.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed) across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Install and configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Dynatrace extensions.
  • Enable and configure: Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Infrastructure and host monitoring, Kubernetes and container observability, Digital Experience Monitoring (RUM & Synthetic), Log Monitoring.
  • Validate successful rollout and resolve deployment issues.
  • Configure services, processes, dashboards, alerts, and management zones aligned to application and operational needs.
  • Implement monitoring for critical business applications, services, and infrastructure.
  • Customize alerting and problem detection using Dynatrace Davis® AI and best‑practice thresholds.
  • Enable customer‑specific use cases such as availability monitoring, performance diagnostics, and proactive alerting.
  • Configure and support integrations with ITSM and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), CI/CD pipelines, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes and OpenShift.
  • Leverage Dynatrace APIs, automation workflows, and scripts to reduce manual effort.
  • Support auto‑remediation and event‑driven monitoring patterns.
  • Create and maintain implementation guides, runbooks, and onboarding documentation.
  • Document monitoring configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
  • Support enablement of operations and application teams through knowledge transfer.
