We are looking for a highly skilled Dynatrace Engineer with hands-on experience in Dynatrace Observability, Davis AI, and Dynatrace Intelligence to enhance the monitoring, performance optimization, and AI-driven operational capabilities of enterprise applications and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end observability solutions leveraging Dynatrace's AI-powered platform. This role requires expertise in application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, cloud observability, automated root cause analysis, and proactive incident management using Davis AI and Dynatrace Intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace.
- Configure and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Synthetic Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Utilize Davis AI for automated anomaly detection, problem correlation, root cause analysis, and predictive insights.
- Leverage Dynatrace Intelligence capabilities to improve operational efficiency and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
- Develop observability dashboards, alerts, reports, and service-level monitoring frameworks.
- Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, cloud services, and user experience across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
- Implement monitoring strategies for containerized and cloud-native environments.
- Create automation workflows for incident detection, remediation, and escalation.
- Support performance testing, capacity planning, and application optimization initiatives.
- Develop best practices for observability, monitoring governance, and operational excellence.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and collaboration platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, and Microsoft Teams.
