About The Position

We are seeking a Dynatrace Architect with extensive experience in both on-premise and SAAS variations of Dynatrace. The role involves analyzing existing configurations, recommending and implementing optimizations, and collaborating with application SMEs to onboard applications. A key aspect of this position is the integration of Dynatrace with other ITSM and AI Ops tools such as ServiceNow and PagerDuty. Additionally, a strong understanding of on-premise and AWS infrastructure and application components is required for integrating and executing automations.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge in various modules and features of Dynatrace on-prem and SAAS variations.
• Ability to analyze existing configurations and recommend & implement optimization opportunities.
• Experience with integration of Dynatrace with other ITSM and AI Ops tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
• Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations.
