About The Position
One of our major healthcare payer partners is looking for a talented engineer to manage our Dynatrace SaaS platform, supporting Command Center operations, enterprise monitoring, and ServiceNow Major Incident Management. You'll be key to developing observability and visibility roadmaps, ensuring the smooth running of our systems, and driving performance improvements across the board.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years as a Dynatrace performance engineer
- Experience using Dynatrace SaaS, DQL, and Logs on Grail
- DQL scripting expertise
- Experience in developing Dynatrace dashboards for business processes
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree, or in lieu, an additional 4 years of experience
