About The Position

Planet Technologies is seeking a motivated Dynamics CRM Developer to support Peace Corps initiatives through the configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The developer works with senior developers, administrators, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable, user-focused CRM applications. The role calls for experience in CRM configuration, JavaScript development, classic workflows, SSRS reporting, CRM security, testing, and solution-based application lifecycle management in Agile delivery environments.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in a federal civilian agency.
Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM using solution-based application lifecycle management practices.
Experience designing CRM entities, forms, views, controls, Advanced Find queries, and SiteMap navigation.
Experience developing JavaScript customizations, classic workflows, and supported CRM automation solutions.
Knowledge of Agile delivery processes and established application lifecycle management practices.
Experience using Dynamics CRM administrative and configuration tools, including XRM Toolbox and related utilities.
Proven experience with CRM security, including business units, teams, and security roles.
Experience developing, deploying, and optimizing SSRS reports, including FetchXML- and SQL-based datasets, report parameters, drill-through reports, subreports, report subscriptions, data-driven reporting solutions, and performance tuning.
Ability to perform unit testing, regression testing, QA planning, and defect resolution.
Core technical skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM; JavaScript and HTML; classic workflows; custom CRM entities, forms, views, controls, and SiteMap; solution-based ALM; FetchXML and T-SQL query development; SSRS and SQL Server Management Studio; XRM Toolbox utilities including Ribbon Workbench, Plugin Registration Tool, and Web Resource Manager.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Dynamics CRM integrations with SharePoint Online and other enterprise business systems.
Experience configuring Dynamics CRM security roles, teams, business units, and user access permissions.
Experience working in Microsoft federal cloud environments, including GCC, or under FedRAMP-aligned controls.
Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility, federal records-management expectations, and secure software-development practices.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification or equivalent Dynamics CRM development experience.

Responsibilities

Design, test, and implement CRM solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
Use Azure DevOps and participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies.
Create technical designs, mock-ups, and prototypes for CRM enhancements and new functionality.
Participate in technical design discussions, solution reviews, and testing activities.
Configure and customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, controls, and business processes.
Develop JavaScript customizations, workflows, and supported CRM automation solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution design artifacts.
Develop FetchXML queries, SSRS reports, and supporting SQL-based reporting solutions.
Perform unit testing, regression testing, QA validation, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with administrators, project managers, developers, and end users to deliver maintainable CRM solutions.
