About The Position

The State of Michigan is seeking a Dynamics 365 Systems Architect for a hybrid role in Lansing, MI. This position is for a 1-year contract with possible extension. The role requires a strong understanding of MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support, with extensive experience in Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages. The candidate will also be involved in technical customer service and application support. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite per week (Monday & Tuesday) and is not a remote-only position. Candidates must be available onsite from Day 1 and must reside within 100 miles of Lansing, MI at the time of submission.

Requirements

• Must have all 4 certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Submit credentials with resume.
• Must be available onsite from Day 1.
• Must reside within 100 miles of Lansing, MI at the time of submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5+ years of extensive experience in MS Dynamics, MS Azure & Application Support.
• Provide 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Portal & Power Pages.
• Provide 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Network & Application Support.
• Provide 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
