About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance activities for plant equipment, focusing on preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The position requires ensuring machine reliability and availability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing maintenance costs while adhering to EHS standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Bachelors of Technology.
2-8 years of general experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures.
Ensure timely completion of predictive maintenance activities.
Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment within targeted downtime.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize production losses.
Improve machine reliability and availability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and safety regulations.
Monitor critical spare inventory levels.
Follow LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures during maintenance activities.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Optimize spare consumption and maintenance costs.
