About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the XUV Body Shop, solving chronic issues, planning spare parts, performing preventive maintenance, conducting in-depth analysis for breakdowns, ensuring safety, and implementing new projects. The Assistant Manager will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, attend to machine breakdowns, troubleshoot various systems, maintain records, manage spare parts inventory, and support equipment installation and modification. Participation in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives is also expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Bachelors of Technology
• 2-8 years of general experience
• Experience with System Generated Core Skills: Analytical Thinking, CNC Machine, CNC Programming, Communication Skills, Drive Systems, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Teamwork
• Experience with System Generated Secondary Skills
